I'm new to this forum too but it doesn't seem to be very active and I wanted to give you a few tips from my limited knowledge. BTW-I too am having die-off symptoms after introducing pumpkin seeks with cayenne pepper. Boy-the parasites seem very angry! I always felt some tingling in my body, but now it's more of a pinching sensation from the inside. Some things I have been told to do is to:
dry skin brush to assist your lymph system in removing the toxins, Epsom Salt baths and saunas, enemas, lots and lots of filtered water, and supplements (not sure which ones-you'd have to do some more research), some people have also have suggested colonics. Good luck!
