Thanks rabbitears and poppycane.....and I appoligize for the abruptness of my post....I think the parasites were getting the better of me, making me very aggitated. I felt terrible yesterday. It gets tiresome always fighting them. Usually I feel quite well inspite of it all, and then some days are challenging.

I agree about bowel cleansing, I'd be far worse if I didn't do this. One of my mistakes was I didn't Bowel Cleanse long enough, or thorough enough first.

Strangely enough, any of the light herbs like garlic, onion, thyme, sage, cinnamon...these have never aggrevated me or made things worse...they make me feel a bit better if anything, although I can't say how much they decrease the parasite load for me. It's the stronger herbs that used to cause me trouble...but now that I'm stronger, I haven't had migration symptoms, thankfully.

Mind you, I also don't know how much I've impacted them either. But I'm no where near as sick as I once was...so I keep at it.
