Hello, you're the first person that I've ever met that goes into the coma like state. I've had that happen many times. It's so scary. I also get the feeling of cement legs. When I was really bad, I walked like a lady at work who has Parkinson's disease. I started to get really scared, but I've pulled myself out of it.
I had been trying the low carbohydrate diet which included meat and eggs and very few carbohydrates, and found that it didn't work for me. It clogs up my digestive tract and doesn't give me the energy I need. Just a few days ago I switched back to vegetarian, but this time I am making bean soups and sprouted spelt my mainstays. I add seaweed, vegetables, molasses, and tomato paste to my soup and it provides a lot of minerals. I put it through a foley food mill because although my digestion has improved, it's still weak. I get the sprouted spelt flour from Summers Sprouted Grains (online). I think the bran part of grains has important nutrients for health, but unless grains are sprouted they have too many anti-nutrients which make them counterproductive and difficult to digest. Alvarado Street Bakery makes a good 100% sprouted sour dough bread. Do you eat dairy? Any dairy besides butter knocks me out.
Another thing I've found is this stuff called Healthy Coffee. Now, most people would just say, Don't mess with my coffee. But, when you can't get off the couch, it starts to sound interesting. It is made with reishi extract, and so it's actually good for adrenal fatigue. It has a 7 pH, so it's not acidic. And it only has 8-12 mg of caffeine per cup. The first day I drank it, the veins on my hands, which have been bulging for years and years, went back to normal. I couldn't believe it! Bulging veins can be caused by adrenal insufficiency. It's called GanoCafe, by Gano Excel. It seems expensive, but I don't use a whole pack per cup, so it lasts a long time. (It's a multi level company, so I joined in order to get it cheaper.) There are cheap imitations, but they have a lot of caffeine and a very low pH, which isn't good.
Another thing that I found that helps is some products that I've been getting from dnrsite.com. They have something called Energy Vitality Balance that you add to your drinking water. Also, I've been using some of their body soaks to increase the electrical energy of my body and also get toxins out. You have a few choices of which direction to go in with the soaks. I choose to start getting out parasites and heavy metals, and have been working on that since November. That can be very draining, though, and just last week I allowed myself to splurge on the Blue Soak, which is for chronic fatigue, and am very happy that I did. I wish I would have bought it sooner. I first used it after work last Friday because I started to feel like I couldn't move. It made me feel tired while I was in the tub, but a half hour later I was so much better I could hardly believe it. I used it again on Saturday, and then by Sunday, I just sprayed some of it on me after I got out of the shower. It's amazing. I was able to do work around the house and do an errand both Saturday and Sunday, and usually I have to rest up 3 days after my work week is over til I can start on the household chores. Also, DNR has a protocol specifically for the adrenals. A friend of mine who has had chronic fatigue for 7 years is doing that now. I think it's necessary for him, but it doesn't give the boost that the Blue Soak gives. Also, they have and Endocrine Soak, if you want to boost other glands besides your adrenals, such as the thyroid and pancreas. I have tried that one, and will focus more on that later after getting out more of the heavy metals.
I think there is hope. Don't give up. Oh, and have you tried Himalayan Crystal Salt? Some of that in a glass of water in the morning helped me, but I ran out of it. I'm going to order more today.

Take care,
Betta
