Hi

I do use Bentonite clay and psyllium shakes several nights a week to assist with the elimination of parasites and toxins but for myself personally I need a bit more assistance for my problems.

I think you will find much more information on this in the bowel cleansing forum, as this is where I first learnt of Bentonite clay and its cleansing and detoxifying properties.
