I find the recomendations in that article to be incredibly irresponsible. These dewormers are very powerful and not to be played with or taken indiscrimanately. First of all, the life cycles of these parasites are quite complex and beyond the understanding of the average person. Secondly, certain meds are for certain bugs and taking the wrong one or even the right one inappropriately could cause a life threatening hyperinfestation. Even though you may "think" you know you have, you could be correct but may also have several others that do not respond to this treatment. Some worms, in all honesty, probably wouldnt kill you to experiment, but then again, some, such as strongyloides may.

I see people posting again and again on here about constipation with deworming. This is natures way of ensuring the infection is continued, likely created by the inflammation of the intestines due to the shear number of larvae (from the dead worms) perforating the lining of the intestines. This is more importantly why we should NEVER allow the dying worms to remain inside, as now you are killing one but 10 more are now born. Always try to allow yourselves enough time to purge a few hours after taking the meds and definetly BEFORE your next meal, as this will be the larval breakfast bar.

People, PLEASE be responsible with advice, using these herbs/meds as it could very well be detrimental to your well being. Think about WHY you are doing this. Do you KNOW you have them or are feeling badly, or is it simply out of morbid fascination, which is a poor reason to put your health at risk.

I encourage ....NO ,,,,CHALLANGE you to educate yourselves on your personal cases, The types, life cycles, meds etc and always remember to purge if able
