1. I've done the no fat meals and juice only ... I do better with eating the low fat meals ... more productive, definetly ... felt better afterwards

2. Black-Walnut is for parasites ... there are 2 very common ones in this experience .. liver flukes and sheep flukes like to devour our livers. I use MHs Dewormer successfully in my evoo/gfj. As for a product bought in the store, use as directed.
