Have you guys heard of the butterfast diet? I know I know I know a thousand times it sounds ridiculous but some people sincerely swear by it...Here is a link to where I first heard of it

I thought it was a joke but now I am thinking perhaps it does work? Could butter be relaced with coconut oil thought?
