Thanks Somer....that really does help!

I had forgotten until i read up an hour ago about doing a parasite cleanse beforehand...so i'll combine that with a bowel cleanse. I'm at home at the moment so do not have the hassle of work routine to dicate my flush times...so i'm going for it!

I'll let you know how i get on!!
