"Mine" sting me and keep me from falling asleep.

It was really bad three years ago. I was exhausted all the time, getting hardly any sleep. Every time I was about to doze off, zap. It felt like like a big red ant stinging my esophagus. The stinging sensation caused me to cough and feel like I was choking. The stinging would occur over and over keeping me awake. Perhaps they are programmed to self destruct?

I still experience the stinging periodically, but it has been much milder since I have reduced "my" parasite load. Melatonin in combination with anti-parasitical herbs seems to keep them from biting me.
