Supplements are not regulated by the FDA. (It's a good thing.) So it's up to you to research the product you are going to take. Anyway most prescription medicines that are regulated by the FDA still have dangers. FDA regulation is no guarantee it is safe either. My advice is research the side effects of ingredients you want to take. Remember that to kill worms/ parasites there has to be some toxicity in the ingredients, but not too much. They won't die magically.
