As for colloidal, make your own the quality of CS from the SP is top notch just follow the instructions and you get good 8-12 PPM CS from it.

I found that when I first started that 2x1h where best for me, however I did have days when 1h was not enough but 3h fixed the issue, turned out to be a parasite in the blood and it took longer to kill or totally disintegrate.
