ive just learned about this and i really want to get started!

im gonna be doing alot of reading but i though i would ask a few questions.

im starting a parasite program and Colon Cleanse in a few weeks (when it gets here). these are my first cleanses and i will do the kidney and liver ones afterwards.

should i start with the oil pulling now or wait until the cleanses?

also what is the best way to start? 10 mins once a day?

i just checked my oil supply and i have extra vergin olive oil (its pretty yellow), some grapeseed oil and some coconut oil i bought recently. what should i start with? whats the best thing to buy?
