Back in the 80s, I went to help me stop smoking. On my way home after the session I reached over and grabbed my pack of ciggies, and threw them out the window. I thought gee they must have hyponised me to do that. I pulled off on the next off ramp, went to a 7-11 and bought another pack. I kept smoking until I got cancer. The great smoke ender. Then I was ready to do something.
