I have no idea what your parasite cleanse calls for. Do it, then eat your clean diet for a few days before flushing your liver. The Liver Flush only takes one night, though you should eat low fat for a day or two before flushing, and light and clean the day after. READ UP about it and understand what you are doing before you tackle it! There is an excellent forum here at curezone.

flush your liver , then eat your healthy Diet for 2 weeks, then flush again. It is recommended to continue til you flush clean.
