The brands vary widely in their purity, or other qualities that make them either taste good/feel good, or feed bad in the tummy. Here is one good and one bad (in my experience):

Tropical Traditions - tasted icky, and gave me a stomach ache, two separate jars of it.

Nutiva - tasted much, much better, and no stomach ache at all.

so, try another brand.
