yep it's good ol #1.
I have been reading for months. I have had no luck with colon cleansing, colonics, probiotics, parasite cleanse. I refuse to give up! I have such high hopes for something to cure my fatigue. I have 2 year old triplets so I need something!!!
I am also having a hard time changing my diet. Food has been my passion for years. And not the good kind. Luckily I am a thin person and haven't had to worry about the weight gain. Now I just want to be healthy so I can stick around to watch my girls grow up.
What kind of luck have you had?
And by the way, I am STARVING!!!!!!
Is it true that after the Epsom Salts , you won't feel hungry. This is what is keeping me going. When I get hungry, it is downright painful.
Sorry for rambling, I am just trying to keep my mind off of food.
