I am sure you will receive a great deal of information from many, given your post on several forums... your post mentions a lot of different methods but not duration with the exception of the last method.

Am I to understand that all of your methods have been external treatment?

May I suggest treating your internal environment? You may be eating a food or two that is not right for you... it may even be the food you love the most. In addition, you may need a bowel cleanse, both upper and lower, along with parasite, kidney and liver cleanses.

Six months of radical dietary change along with my first bowel and parasite cleanses eliminated chronic jock itch, athletes foot, eczema, rosacea, Seborrheic Dermatitis (dandruff) and a host of other minor issues.

The cleanses are not the be all, end all, your on going diet is.
