Spelt indeed contains gluten and is banished from the diets of the gluten-intolerant, but all people no matter if they are intolerant to gluten or not put on some minimal wear on the sensible villi if they eat gluten containing food, will say.
As known the villi's are the prominent component to a healthy permeability in the gut.
Many homeopath's advice would be to avoid gluten in candida diets but if you are sure that your leaky gut is not caused by gluten then it may not do so large damage.
