I suffer with CFS, food intolerances and Acne and have tried to use MSM several times, starting with small doses even taking on alternative days however the detox is so severe I have to stop. My skin errupts in spots (I suffer with Acne anyway) and the fatigue I experience is so bad I am unable to work and have to take to my bed. Last year I did the E-Lyte detox programme for 6 months (included bi weekly liver and gallbladder flushes) and my skin was perfect however I soon as I stopped my skin went bad again even though my diet is still very good. I have completed a parasite and kidney cleanse (Dr Hulda), zap frequently and take the parasite herbs on a maintenance basis. I have only done 1 Dr Clark Liver Flush and didn't manage to get any stones just small soft pea green things. After 6 months of detoxing on the E-lyte I'm surprised that my body still can't detox. Does anyone has any advice they can give me?
