my guess is that this "restless leg" type symptom began since you began parasite cleanses? ...probably within a few hours of eating and worse when you are constipated. This is larval migration stage of parasites. When you kill the parasites with herbs etc and dont expel them the eggs inside of them hatch out releasing larvae. This might feel like spasms or someone in there moving furniture etc and also excess gas. The larvae eat feces molt then penetrate the intestines to migrate through the body. Typically they follow gravity, meaning starting at your feet and working the way up the body, eventually back to the gut... usually through the lungs where they are coughed upped then swallowed. I never had these symptoms until messing with the parasites.
