We really don't have health food store anywhere close to me... but we have a couple grocery stores my area seems like it dosn't care about health and it shows when I usually leave the area and come back some weeks/months/years later.

So if you all know of a website that sells sunflower or anything else for oil pulling that would be great.

As far as Acne it's been dying down since I've started using castor oil. But I've also seen many other things that cause it to die down. such as my first Liver Flush tottally put a dent in it... I mean i was seriously clear for 3 days until I started parasite and Colon Cleanse again. but I'm hopeing by monday on my second Liver Flush i should see the same results. I've been working on this problem for a loooong while and just recently have been finding the way... The oil pulling is mainly for what I think is patches of toxins inside my mouth. It's little white spots on my lower inside cheeck. anyway lots of good info but if ya'll know a website for it, it would be much appreciated.
