I tingle sometimes when I zap. After all the parasites were cleared out then the tingling pretty much went away. Kind of weird I thought. But I had candidis so that pretty much invades the entire body. If you have a cut or sore it will sting those areas if it's close enough.

The electricity does follow the path of least resistance but you are dealing with a much smaller voltage than when you are using live electricty. My husband is a master class electrician. Hope I phrased that correctly. He isn't here to correct me right now. Anyway we had several long disccussion about this. When I first wanted one he humored me and made one even though he didn't think it would work. When I passed lots of parasites he decided it did work but that the human body obviously had paths or least resistance that he didn't understand since he isn't a physician. (Another possible explanation is that it might be the difference between using water with a spray attachment on jet and using just a steady stream of water. The jet flow will forcefully hit an area and go through if it's soft enough. The normal flow tends to move more randomly though it, skimming the surface first.)

If you hold it on each side of the chest yes it should just pass straight through but for some reason it will also kind of spread out. As he put it to me it was highly unlikely if I held the zapper on my feet that it would do more than go up one leg and back down the other. Perhaps zapping some of the abdomen but no way it would reach the head. I think this is why they recommend holding it near the area of trouble. On the neck for sinuses and etc.

Another interesting thing. He looked up the way it was built on radioshack.com and found out that it only pulses every 15 seconds. I thought that was odd because once it's started I can kind of feel the electric in my hands that might be just a residual effect. Or my vivid imagination:)

I realize I'm not really clearing up the question but I can at least say it definitly works. The best way to hold it is to use alternating feet and hands. So that the electric actually criss crosses your body. For example. First 7 minutes do the left foot and the right hand. Second 7 minutes the right foot and left hand. If my cords were long enough that would be how I would use mine. But they aren't so I hold the zapper on my upper thigh instead of the feet.

Take care
Lisa
