parasite cleanses have helped me. I am the queen of constipation, once went 9 days without BM's. Barefoot does a product that has a combination of herbs called LBB (lower bowel balance). i have not tried this yet but have heard good things about it. One of it's ingredients is a herb called cascara and I do take this and it helps. I also have small pinches of Epsom Salts each day (very tiny amounts) and this also helps me. I have to say that after 2 months of cleansing I am still getting out worms and other strange looking things. Hope this helps.
