Dear Hopinso,
I just read your excellent post about 'community' on the 'Ask CureZone' forum.
I know I have directed posts to you at least once before, but, for the life of me, I can't remember what I said.
With these thoughts in mind, may I add a little here?
Tonight I have just had good 'results' from eating two cooked beets. The 'transit time' was 28 hours...9 p.m. Friday to 1 a.m. Sunday morning (now).
I am onto day 13 of a Humaworm parasite cleanse, which I began very slowly by taking 1/4 cap, in water, for the first four doses.
Then I got brave and took one whole capsule for the next dose. During an afternoon nap I had an awful and vivid dream. So, I thought that I'd empty all future caps into good warm water, just in case the dreams could be caused by the materials in the gelatin capsules themselves.
It seems to have been a good idea, for me. I still have vivid dreams, as always, but not nearly as alarming.
All of my Humaworm doses since have been made by emptying the capsules into about 1/2 cup of hot/warm water (cooler than a hot cup of tea), swirling the cup and drinking it down, rinsing the cup with a splash of hot water and drinking that, followed by sipping more than 1 cup of clear hot water.
The following four doses of Humaworm were 1/2 cap each. Then, on day 6, I took two doses of one full cap each. Now, every dose is 2 full caps each.
Humaworm smells and tastes wonderful to me, but it is HOT, and BITTER...though not intolerably so, at least, to my taste. Sipping the hot water afterward seems to immediately remove any heat and bitterness. My stomach does not complain and seems to like it.
I did a herbal Liver Flush just before the Humaworm. (Details of that, and why, are at 'Eye of Tiger...' in the Liver Flush Forum , should you be interested.)
The results of that flush seem to be a slowed flow of bile, perhaps because of blockage of the bile duct by Gallstones or parasites...I don't know.
In any case, the BM's became small and barely once per day. And it happened suddenly, in the middle of a meal of corn-on-the-cob.
Ever since I have been trying to improve the elimination flow, mainly by altering my diet.
I gave up cheese (gloom), having only a bit two or three times in more than a month, and that well melted in hot veg soup, etc. Because someone said that cheese is solid mold - gotta kill it with heat. (A life-long cheese-eater, I now don't miss it a bit. I have commercial cottage cheese sometimes.)
I added 2 - 4 organic prunes per day.
I stir hot veggies into my beloved huge salads...with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon or lime juice, and Celtic grey Sea Salt . Soon after starting Humaworm I made one of these salads with four fats...olive oil, Udo's Choice, coconut oil, and butter. Oh, I loved that! I devoured the whole 10 inch bowlful in record time.
Since that discovery, I've had at least the o.o. and the Udo's Choice in every daily salad. I add the butter and coconut oil (it melts well) when I toss in steaming hot squash, or carrots with celery, or yams, or even cauliflower or green beans or zucchini, etc.
A devoted garlic and onion-eater (raw or cooked, a little every day), I gave up garlic (because I had read things) for more than one month. Now I am slowly taking it back, but not always. I've kept up with the onions, however.
I tried a quarter tsp of Pascalite in a spoonful of soup broth, twice a day for two days.
I eat at least two eggs per day, as I have all my life (seldom more), and I eat quite a bit of butter, though I'm slowing down well. I go through spells of whole-grain bread sometimes, often none some days. And I only have milk, in mixed dishes, say twice a week, if that...but don't put any white sauce near me! (I actually MAKE white sauce every other month or two, and it's a goner!)
I have wild salmon over four day stretches at a time, every other month. The other person around here catches them only to eradicate the species. I don't mind one bit.
I eat a little red meat almost by accident, say, once a month. Dh has taken to making wonderful spareribs, every few weeks. We also have chicken, or pasta, about once per week; and a feed of cooked dried peas, or beans, once in a while.
We have a piece of fresh fruit, and a banana, nearly every day; and we now like a tiny bit of great honey, or wholesome blackstrap molasses sometimes. Peanuts, too, but now more walnuts, etc. for me.
I take no meds, and very few supplements (if any), only herbals...and that is limited to the Humaworm right now.
My BM's improved slightly with all these changes and habits, yet I felt they should have become dramatically better. After all, prunes should do it, especially with no cheese except cottage once in a while!
Hopinso, I couldn't possibly compare myself to you. Our life experiences have been so different. I don't think I'd do nearly as well as you have, given similar circumstances.
(You should have seen me trying to recover from one shin injury! You'd have laughed and laughed. I complicated the whole scenario by going a__ over teakettle, taking the floor smack in the face by leaping over a wheeled walker, when it stopped suddenly. Dh has pictures, because I refused to look in a mirror for a long time. No, those pictures will NEVER appear on CureZone! We keep them only for shock value, and laughter.)
But, on Friday, I ate two cooked beets, as I say. Now I'm sitting here smiling, at 4 in the morning.
My sleep patterns are improving, but still erratic...and I have a few other symptoms that I don't talk about, even though they are slowly getting better. The smoking habit is a biggy, but I have hopes.
I've written all the above (long, I know) simply because there may be something in my way to inspire you and anyone else who reads my story.
Good lady, you SHOULD be well! You DESERVE to be! Just think what you could do to help the global community if you were ALWAYS chipper and full of beans!
Here are the obstacles to my well-being I have identified so far...
...1. Slow bile flow,
...2. A mostly sedentary life, with periods of sweat-producing activity,
...3. Sitting too long and too often, and,
...4. Worry/taking myself too seriously, though I'm nearly past that! (I'll tell, one day, in another lo-ong post. Right now, wild horses couldn't drag it out of me!)
YOU certainly don't have #4! You'd never have come as wonderfully far as you have, if you did.
Pain? Hands help. Everyone's. Most haven't discovered that fact, yet.
Here are mine.
Love,
fledgling
Oh yes, I forgot to mention the cabbage coleslaw that will be in my near future. Sometimes it will have grated carrots, too. A bit of olive oil and lime juice dressing...Celtic grey Sea Salt , and maybe some garlic, as well.
I'm having a chunk of dried kelp, every other day. Someone suggested that it helps surrounding mercury from the tooth fillings, as the Candida overgrowth dies back.
I do lots of things 'just in case'.
