Hi,

I would like to say thanks for serving our country. I know it wasn't easy and although you are back home now, there are thousands that will be spending Christmas away from their loved ones. We need to keep all of these soldiers in our thoughts and in our prayers.

Off the top of my head, I would say that you not only need to flush your liver , but your body is crying out to PLEASE do a colon and parasite cleanse. Being in another country places your body out of its comfort zone, so to speak. So, it's important to flush away the toxins and feed your body what it needs. I would do a lot of juicing and stay away from cooked foods for awile. In other words, place your body in ICU.

I know you will be receiving great advice and I will read and learn as well.
