I did my fast and I did not se any noticible MP come out.... I did see alot of parasites though. A few white egg shaped things.. looked like a tiny bird's egg. I cut it open and saw purple specs inside?? think it nodules of candida because one had a root coming off it. I was taking probiotic aswell. Im starting blessed herbs today. So that should be interesting.
