You'll have to let me know if the oil pulling or anything else you're doing helps with your acne. I'm 24 and have struggled with Acne since I was 17 or 18. For a long time I didn't think too much of it for some reason. I didn't really think of my skin as being attached to the rest of my body....I always tried to treat just the Acne without addresses the underlying causes. I've now come to realise that the Acne signals something very wrong inside of me, and I'm still trying to figure out what exactly that is. I also have a coated tongue, dark circles, and red irritated eyes (I sound attractive, I know). I am doing a parasite cleanse, have been oil pulling, have cleaned up my diet, and will eventually be doing a liver cleanse, among some other things. Anyways, keep me updated and good luck!
