Hello there
I am from London and am new to all this, I am about to embark on the stretchmarks program by stretchmarks.com. They recommend the parasite/ kidney cleanse prior to the liver/gallbladder day flush. Did u undergo a parasite/ kidney cleanse prior? What is the minimum prep that is neccessary before doing the Liver Flush safely?I can't find any quick/simple recipies for the parasite cleanse.
Please advise further.
