Thanks for the replys its nice to know I am not alone in this crazy battle. Its kind of like one of those things you don't want to talk about cuz it makes you feel like something is wrong with you.
I did go to a conventional doc. and they tested my thyroid/iron levels checked my vitals all the useless things docs like to do. In the end they said nothing is wrong with you eat more fruits and veggies some people its normal for them to go every 2-3 days! Yikes that doesn't sound right except the fruit/veggie thing. I have never felt parasites like others but do have signs such as fatigue, cravings, constipation. I feel rumblings in my stomach at times but doesn't everyone? The thing is I hardly ever get yeast infections like 1 every 2-3 years tops and my stomach is flat except for a little loose skin from having a baby. I am 5'6 135 so not overweight,no cavities, skin issues ect... Just I don't go regular and I am tired allot.

Sorry I rambling maybe its the parasites affecting my brain! LOL I think after the Holidays I will try either Clarkia or MH's stuff becuase something is telling me maybe there is a parasite connection.
