If you order before August 31, 2002, order #2 and you will get #1 free. Yes, they are pre-mixed. Psyllium Husk and Bentonite clay works, too. You can purchase that at a health food store. It's cheaper. It works, too. I have also used a brand called Cleanse Smart which I purchased at a health food store.

You will feel no pain passing stones when doing the liver cleanse. The Epsom Salt takes care of that. It opens up your bile ducts allowing the stones to pass pain free.
