I stopped about a month ago because I was worried about a urine frequency problem. (I was on UT for about 6 months, only drinking a couple of ounces of morning urine)

I can't believe how my health deteriorated. 4 days after stopping I got flu. Or was it a reaction? I broke the thermometer so I'll never know if I had a temperature. A relation had flu - I could have caught it from them.

Then last week I had a terrible week of aches and brain fog. Was this a reaction from taking meds. for parasites or had I picked up another infection? Whatever the cause, after 4 days of UT I am back up again. It's extraordinary.

PS Urine eye baths are GREAT. Really improved my mood which went down when I stopped drinking UT. So it must be absorbed through the eyes. I had a better result from this than with UT massages
