Get probiotics immediately, and take a LOT!

Always treat diarrhea with probiotics and with herbs (baked ginger(carbonated ginger powder tea) can stop diarrhea!)!


Use 2 -3 different brands of probiotics to make sure that you get all you need.

NEVER, never never never use Antibiotics again, unless your life is jeopardised!


Next time you try flush, make sure you get slowly use to epsom salt. Take 1/2 of teaspoon of Epsom Salt daily, to get use to that, and use only 1 tbsp total with 3 cups of water on the day of flush!

And, after flush, probiotics again!!!!!!!!


PROBIOTICS! Diarrhea almost always means that intestinal flora is sick!
