It would be hard to recommend a most effective flush, since the programs don't work the same for everyone. I can say that quite a few people in this forum have done Dr. Clark's program, and it's the one I used with good results. You may want to consider doing the full set of four cleanses she has. It may eliminate or lessen future discomfort or problems. She recommends this order:
1.) Bowel/Colon Cleanse
2.) parasites Cleanse
3.) Kidney Cleanse
4.) Liver/Gall Bladder Cleanse
Again, this is the only program I and several friends have done, and we all had success with it. Best wishes for your good health.
