[I appreciate Hopinso's description of three types of 'laxatives', and the situations where each might be needed... //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=765420#i ]
Is it also possible that slow or sluggish bowels are caused by a slow-down in the flow of bile?
I did a herbal liver cleanse, and clearly moved stones from my liver to my gallbladder, but not further.
Then my good regular BM's slowed, mid-meal!
What happened was this...
...At the beginning of the week of herbal tea, I had what I would call the 'perfect' BM, and I was very pleased.
...The BM's continued through the week in my usual daily fashion, until a meal of corn-on-the-cob. The first half of that meal was digested and out of the body within 12 hours...a remarkably good transit time for me.
...But the second half of that meal did not pass until 24 hours later.
...Since then I have been slow and sluggish despite eating lots of good stuff...fresh pineapple and papaya, for example, and salads, more of the liver cleanse tea, single caps of cascara, enteric coated peppermint caps, and more.
...The 'heaviness' of the stones in the gallbladder has abated somewhat, and the BM's are a little more eased (still once/day), but I think I'll need to wait a bit before I try the Humaworm cleanse I have ordered. Apparently it is best to have the bowels moving quite regularly, before starting a parasite cleanse.
My concern is this...
...Is something blocking the flow of the bile duct?
It could be the stones, of course, or it could be a parasite blockage...I just don't know.
I'm not in any pain. In fact, I feel very well, and my appetite is excellent...though I feel kind of 'stopped up'.
Has anyone had any similar experience? Or, any knowledge of how the flow of bile relates to bowel regularity?
(Have I asked this question before on this forum? Some of these words sound familiar to me. Please excuse me if that is the case.)
Many thanks for any info you can give.
