i no wahat its like to feel like u are getting no where. my advice is to check for every underlining problem that there could be. i have found out that i have a particulary hard parasite that candia tends to hand around, so hoping that once parasite is delt with then candida will be easier to rid off. so my advice, get a really got stool test done testing for bacterial infections i.e. e coli etc and parasites. if no parasites still do parasite cleanse cause they dont always show up. check parasite site for what to use theres quite a few products, also I would definalty either do a few colonics to help reduce the candia load and reduce your vaginal pain or start doing enemas. remi has some great posts on doing p&B shakes which will be great for you as it will help drag all the candida out of you. also take high (yeast free) vit bs as they helped ease my vaginitis although i dont have thrush just irritation. dont waste your money on threelac either its hopeless, make your own natural yogurt, definalty get some kefir and kombucha as they helped me enermouslsy.
