IMHO Liver Flushes twice a week won't work for many w MCS. Even twice a month is too much for me sometimes. And liver flushed w/o cleansing for parasites and kidney first DOES produce pain and flulike symptoms. In over 10 years of doing cleanses, only a few were very unpleasant(when I had neglected advice above, or did one when already deep in the throes of a toxic/reactive state and overwhelmed my detoxification abilities) Usually they help.
