Can someone suggest an alternative fast for me?

My husband and I both started The Master Cleanse yesterday and he's doing fine. I developed a headache, which I never get, and I could have handled that but I also threw up last night. The lemon/cayenne/maple syrup is just nauseating to me.

I can tolerate being sick because it means that I'm detoxing, but what good does it do me if I can't hold down the lemon juice?

I suspect that I'm good and toxic and will also need a parasite cleanse. Can anyone suggest an alternative for me?
