I think you may have misunderstood my comment about the warnings drug manufacturer's make. My point was that the liver is responsible for cleaning the blood of toxic materials. Drugs that are meant to target a disease often cause less than desirable results in other parts of the body. It could be the liver, lungs, stomach. Asprin for example may cure a head ache, but cause stomach upset. The liver may have a difficult time taking these manufactuered substances pushing them out to the organs of elimination, thus building up in the liver.
I wasn't bashing the FDA or drug manufacturer's, just trying to make a very simple point so you understand the importance of the role of the liver in removing toxic substances.
