Adahlia, many thanks for all the info you have submitted. Yes, I have heard of the Neem Oil (see below some further info I have gathered since starting to research natural flea control). So much to learn, so many different possibilities! However I shall take it one step at a time until I find the right thing for my Bella. The answer is definitely out there!
