i am torn between two options.

1. i need to keep flushing to help my symptoms, or

2. i need to stop flushing because the Epsom Salts are draining my gut of good bacteria and i need to start taking probiotics.

- is it true that Epsom Salts every 2 weeks for flushes can flush out good bacteria and leave you absorbing worse?

- i have been absorbing worse than ever after around 10 flushes.

- i want to flush tonight but dont know if this would be beneficial or make things worse.
