I had excellent results using the $10 Zapper along with Kombucha Tea. Kombucha is a detoxifing beverage, cheap and easy to make as well as probiotic. (I got my mushroom from http://www.kombuchaworld.com ) The Zapper was really good because it took care of the parasites which were making the yeast really bad, but without changing my diet, I didn't see a complete change until I added the Tea.
