Unfortunately, drinking coffee doesn't get rid of parasites in the stomach. On occassion, I'll drink coffee (years ago I use to drink 1-2 cups every morning.) If you like coffee, chances are they do too. They like all thngs that we like.

I have done coffee enemas and found it helpful in starting the paristalic muscle action in the colon.

You may want to try HCL in large doses that one poster suggested. I haven't done this, so I don't know what the results are.
