What you describe sounds like what I experienced a while ago -
Did this happened all of a sudden?

I even saw a throat doctor to analyze the inside for stuck food but nothing - theres may be a few reasons: maybe it's related to anxiety - when your anxious your throat tends to tighten and may push the trachea slightly giving you that weird feeling.

It's possible that may be post nasal drip as well - if your sinuses are draining and its thick, and its dripping on your throat, it may seem that you cant get it down (very annoying) - this triggered anxiety on me.

The tricky part is to put the puzzle pieces together on what is triggering those symptoms. I can be an infection, food allergies - these I feel may be best guesses. (specially if came down all of a sudden).
It can also be related to heavy metal toxicity (amalgams?), or perhaps an overworking liver (u mentioned u take parasite herbs) - it can be an herxeimer reaction for parasites ur killing and if you elimination organs are underpar/clogged, it may cause sharp herxeimer reaction - it can also be allergy to the herbs.
It can also be due to mineral imbalances/insufiency - looking into proper ca/mg levels and good trace minerals.
Again look for clues to cross out any of these.
