I was freezing cold again today... I'll dress better tomorrow. I had one juice- full of veggies including garlic which I love. Me and my mom were going to start a parasite cleanse using tea but I forfeit because the tea tastes too strong and bitter. I was 2 lbs heavier this morning than on Monday but that might be because I drank a ridiculous amount of fluids last night. Hopefully tomorrow will be better :)

(my train of thoughts is so unorganized... sorry about that! lol)
