I've been bloated practically every day for 2 weeks and have acid reflux symptoms about every other day. it sucks because somedays I feel so much better and justb when I think Im good it comes back
I've been eating very healthy for the past two weeks when this started |(fruits/veggies/almonds/organic food) and drinking tons of water. |I stopped drinking caffeine and dont touch anything with processed ingredients

but Im still bloated, and Im still feeling acid |(I noticed when I had half an orange it got worse than usual. same when I juiced half a lemon in tea. I have never had a citirs allergy! perhaps my stomach cant take the acid right now|?|)

anyways, tomorrow Im having my first colonic and after my 2nd one |(thursday|?|) Im going to start a parasite cleanse. I figure that way even if Im not totally regular yet the colonics next week will help get stuff out
Im going to do cleanses and track my progress on here in hopes that my experience helps others get out of this fast
