I did none of that
Just try to eat healthfully---no refined foods
I was taking 20grams of chlorella at the time and that served as my bowel/ parasite cleanse
so, i got to just jump into the cleanses
I rotate between the easy ones and the HC full method
but since julia changs tinctures I get stone casings and crushed stuff and no big grape sized stones anymore.......kind of miss those guys but as long as it's all coming out and not staying in I guess it doesn't matter what they look like, right :)
