One small addition....

Producers of vegetables/fruits use worms as part of their crop productions -- they have done this for centuries. The problem NOW is that round worms are being bioengineered as pesticides and are resistent to poisons sprayed on crops; therefore, the bioworms are hard to kill off. This means bioengineered worms are laying eggs everywhere. IF you have consumed raw produce without it being washed properly, there is a strong possibility of bioengineered parasites are in your system.

Wash your own fruits & vegs and trust that no one will do it properly for you. Food grade hydrogen peroxide solution is best. Some people use a bleach solution, but I don't.
