Sorry ,

I have not been around much lately.

-Liver FLush

It is said that it is better to do a parasite cleanse before the liver flush. I did the Clarkia cleanse and I would recommend it.

When you do the flush, you might want to attend the Liver Flush Forum here at Curezone plenty of good advices.

DO NOT do a Liver Flush if you have leaky gut. (If your colon is still inflammed from the ACV enema try the salad cleanse instead).

Liver Fush recipe

It says you can substitute the water with FRESH grapefruit juice... do not bother, a bottled juice will do the job with the epsom salt... BUT with the oil you need FRESH JUICE>
Epsom Salt tastes awful without the juice you really should use it. Recipe:

You've asked: "Im attempting a Liver Flush this saturday to come, and I hope to see dead candida. But how can a Liver-Flush kill candida, and not the shakes?"

Well when you do a liver flush, the content of your gall bladder comes out: bile, this digests the candida and it comes out, right after the stones.

-Bowel cleanse You say:
"I also once expelled a large cottonball with threads, but that was several months ago, and It got out thanx to an ACV enema. That enema burned my colon and I have problms with it til this day.
Are there any other, gentlier ways to get the candida out?"
HOW MUCH ACV did you put in this enema?????? Waaaaaaaaaaay too much, one spoonful is the quantity you should have used.

My enemas suggestions: coffee enemas, plain water enemas, soda enemas (to change the ph), probiotic enemas (to kick the critters out). Here are the recipes //www.curezone.org/cleanse/enema/#Different_Enema_Recipes

"How did you get it out?" enemas along with p & B shakes but... 1 and 1/2 week is way too short, you should carry on.

Hope this helps,

Jhan
