I downloaded a PDF that documents the flush according to Andreas.

Clark/Andreas/Chang are all pretty much the same in terms of olive oil/grapefuit juice at 10pm. the differences are the pre & post flush procedures ( parasite cleanse, enemas, colonics, salt water flushes, epson salt, fasting).

I've read them all and tuned the flush procedure to suit my needs. It takes a couple of flushes to know what and how much you can handle.
