Well I'm committed to going the distance. The lemon seems to really work doesn't it? And if alcohol enters my head I just get rid of the thought because I feel too good to screw it up! There's a thread on here that's really great, 31 year old alcholic guy goes on first fast. This guy is amazing...he went about 21 days fasting and he did fall off the wagon twice, but he just got back on the program. I give him credit...it is really mind over matter and also detoxing yourself off alcohol.
